Can You Really Drive on the Beaches There?
Yes! If your car has 4-wheel drive, you can access the 4×4 beaches here. Please note, the rules for off-road driving and parking are typically refreshed each season, so check for current information on obtaining the proper passes.
Other Things to Note:
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everybody can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about family pets, infant gear and parking:
1) **The pool is open from April 15 to November 15, and pool heating is available upon request for $350 per week.** The hot tub is open year round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
2)Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is finished prior to check-in.
3) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not allowed anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are stringently prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are stringently enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or events a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

4) We allow pets at this property for an additional $100 per pet, per week (anywhere between 1-7 nights). Please inquire about long term pet costs.
5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
6) Pool towels are complimentary as long as you agree to wash and dry them before check out. If you choose to have us launder them it is $200 pool rental fee.
7) Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the car or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the car owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any car parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
