Ground Level: Recreation room with Intelligent TV, Bluetooth sound system, Queen Sleep Couch, pool table and refrigerator. Full hall bath with pool access and double laundry. King Master Bedroom with Roku TV, private bathroom and deck access and a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks with Roku TV and deck access rounds out the enjoyment of the lower level.

Savor the pretty and upsized pool area with a dozen lounge chairs for soaking in the sun or taking in a fast bite at the picnic table. Unwind with a drink at the tiki bar with seating for 5 and includes a drink refrigerator and charcoal grille for your entertaining experience. Chill out in the gated and covered hot tub. The pool area has its own Bluetooth sound system for your listening enjoyment. Walk to the beach through the grotto and your private beach walkway. For the gamesman in the crown, a well appointed horseshoe pit is located on the side.

Mid Level: Appreciate a cavernous entryway that opens to 4 master bedrooms: a King Master Bedroom Suite with Roku TV and it's own Bluetooth sound system (separate from all others), deck access and a huge private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Another King Master Bedrooms that is handicap friendly with Roku TV, private bathroom and deck access. A third King Bedroom on this level offers Roku TV, Bluetooth sound system (separate from all others) and deck access. This King Bedroom shares a bathroom with an attached Bedroom with 2 Singles and Roku TV. The bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub and separate shower. These two bedrooms can be closed off from the others, providing the ultimate family escape. This level is finished off with a Queen Master Bedroom with Roku TV, deck access and private bath. The gourmet kitchen (freshly updated in 2023) features quartzite counter tops, double dishwashers, double ovens, and an ice maker. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the cookware and gadgets you could ever imagine, serving dishes, appliances and much more. The Sunroom has comfortable seating and dining area seating 6. The oceanside deck is spacious and features multiple rocking chairs and a dining table that seats 8. The oceanside deck further entertains with its own Bluetooth sound system (separate from all others), The Soundside deck that can be accessed from either the kitchen or the Sunroom has a seating area with Adirondack chairs to appreciate those sunsets over the sound, a gas grille, a bistro table for 2, rocking chairs and it's own Bluetooth sound system (separate from all others). The King Master Bedroom Suite with Roku TV, its own Bluetooth sound system (separate from all others), private deck and private upsized bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower.

2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/24 -10/11/24

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with additional cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Special Event Details: The owner of this home MUST approve all events! This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

When to visit Corolla & When to book:

  • In the Currituck area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Book your vacation in Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it.
