The traditional floorplan features the common areas and primary suite on the bottom floor for convenient, one-level living. An open-concept great room offers effortless flow and encourages quality time spent together. Use the entirely supplied kitchen for preparing meals that can be served in the main dining area or casual breakfast nook. The kitchen leads out to a screened porch and sun deck with hot tub that overlook the pond and pool area below. It's the ideal place for admiring the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The garage is equipped with a ping pong table where you can challenge appreciated ones to some friendly competition. When it's time for bed, getaway to the cavernous main level primary suite that includes deck access and a private bath with dual vanity and elegant walk-in shower. A trolley stop is located right in front of the home and will shuttle you to the Oceanfront Complex for a full day of fun in the sun. Along with direct access to the beach, you'll find three outdoor pools, a snack bar, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and a playground. Back on the west side of the resort, Bit of Heaven is only a 2-min. walk away from the soundfront community pool as well as the Corolla Light Sports Center.
