This handsome home sits Soundside on the golf course, overlooking the 4th hole and 5th tee box at the biggest pond on the beautiful Rees Jones champion golf course. Savor the private pool and hot tub, or just sit and take in the vistas of the sound, the ocean and the striking scenery in the covered porch. Take advantage of the reduced green costs and priority Tee Times and if needed, take a "Mulligan" on the home. Have your dinners on the screened-in porch right off the dining room; watch a great movie on the 50" plasma TV and sound system in this ideally decorated home. A fenced-in backyard makes this a safe area for outside fun for you, the kids and dogs.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does NOT provide Beach Chairs.
