This freshly constructed semi-oceanfront home is in Corolla's newest neighborhood, The Pine Island Limited. This premier home has everything you need to appreciate family time together at the property and is just a short walk to the beach.

This esteemed home features 8 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, roomy gathering areas for the family to savor eating together or just hanging out, along with some peaceful areas to nestle up with a good book. An office desk is available for those never-ending work emails. And, premium bed bed linens and bath towels are included with beds made upon arrival!

We have amenities to accommodate everybody, such as a game room with pool table and shuffleboard, and a theater room. This home also features an elevator, Wi-Fi for working or streaming and a surround sound system. Savor plenty of outside entertainment with the pool, hot tub, cabana, outside shower, ping pong and fire pit. Appreciate the additional space on one of the many exterior decks.
