New construction and modern, duplex connecting by the rear wall, with no stairs to worry about.
The ideal location to savor a calming vacation. Luxury, single level condo/duplex (attached by the back wall) in the heart of Corolla, just a 3 min. walk to the beach. Corolla Light eateries and stores are right next door! In the evening, grab your beach chairs, a couple of glasses and a cold bottle of wine for a picnic across the street at the famed Whalehead park while the sun sets over the sound.

The whole group will appreciate not only the community pool, but the fabulous tranquility of the close by, sound-side waterfront. The huge, salt water community pool is equipped with rentable cabannas complete with TVs, fans and personal fridges. Ideal for changover days!
