BookSmart Properties present: Salt Therapy! This freshly constructed home sleeps up to 14 and is stacked with modern amenities. Appreciate the private outdoor getaway with the pool, hot tub, and cabana. Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill, guests have access to a wealth of amenities, including oceanfront & lakefront pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, & sand volleyball courts. Stay active in the indoor exercise center, walk the walkways, and appreciate exclusive beach access only a short walk from the home!

The Space:
Ground floor: game room with foosball, TV, couch, Wii, wet bar. Garage (1 car). Room with Pyramid bunk with trundle- has tv. Room full bed and TV. Bathroom with shower/tub - has access to outside.

Mid Level: kitchen, dining area, living area with Toshiba TV with Roku attachment. King room with walk-in closet and en-suite bath- separate shower and tub. Half bathroom. Deck access from the living area.

Top Level:
Queen Room with TV.
Queen room with TV and access to hallway bathroom- shower tub combo.
Washer Dryer

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be included prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

  • Summertime is high season in the Currituck area. To find the best rental within your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
