Appreciate the private outdoor getaway with the pool, hot tub, and cabana. Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill, guests have access to a wealth of amenities, including oceanfront & lakefront pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, & sand volleyball courts. Stay active in the indoor exercise center, walk the walkways, and savor exclusive beach access only a short walk from the home!

The Space:
Ground floor: game room with foosball, TV, couch, Wii, wet bar. Garage (1 car). Room with Pyramid bunk with trundle- has tv. Room full bed and TV. Bathroom with shower/tub - has access to outside.

Mid Level: kitchen, dining area, living area with Toshiba TV with Roku attachment. King room with walk-in closet and en-suite bath- separate shower and tub. Half bathroom. Deck access from the living area.

Top Level:
Queen Room with TV.
Queen room with TV and access to hallway bathroom- shower tub combo.
Washer Dryer

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Respect the neighborhood. Often, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental while you are away. Keep your property safe!
  • Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
