Hampton Street Retreat is located semi-sound front right across the street where you can take in some magnificant sunsets on the sound. Savor your own PRIVATE POOL and HOT TUB after a fun day at the beach. The main living area is located on the mid-level with a cavernous living and dining area, gleaming oak wood floors, and a tiled kitchen with upgraded appliances and a walk-in pantry. Escape to the den on the mid-level with your favorite book or venture out to the roomy deck. The rec room on the lower level is ideal for game time with a POOL TABLE and PING PONG TABLE. The top-level offers three primary bedrooms and one with a jetted tub.

Corolla Light has many great amenities that you will want to take advantage of with the indoor sports center, oceanfront complex, trolley (in season), tennis courts and so much more! Hampton Street Retreat is located near many local eateries and stores and some fun outdoor activities.

Corolla Light Resort owners and guests receive preferred golf prices at The Currituck Club in Corolla and The Seascape Golf Club in Kitty Hawk!

  • Summer is high season in Corolla. To find the largest rental for your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Currituck attractions.
  • The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
