Hollis Haven is a elegantly appointed home located in the striking Hammocks neighborhood of the Currituck Club. The top-level great room features LVP floor throughout along with vaulted ceilings and an open-concept layout ideal for gathering. It leads out to a sun deck overlooking the backyard with shining private pool. When you're not dining out, prepare meals at the home in the completely outfitted kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The roomy primary bedroom is located on the top level and includes a private bath with dual vanities and soaking tub. With three more bedrooms downstairs, including a second ensuite, Hollis Haven will comfortably accommodate family and friends. Outside, the thoughtfully landscaped backyard will be your very own private getaway. After a day at the beach, come home and take a exhilarating dip in the 11' x 22' pool or a calming soak in the hot tub. A gas grille and outdoor dining set are ideal for a backyard cookout.

During the summer months, getting to the beach is painless with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The close by trolley stop with gazebo is located just steps away in the cul-de-sac at the end of the street. Once you arrive at the beach, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. But the beach is just the beginning! The Currituck Club offers a variety of other recreation options that will give everybody in your group something to look forward to. Choose from four outdoor pools located throughout the community, including exclusive access to the Hammocks pool right across the street from the home. The Exercise Center is the hub of all activities in the Currituck Club and provides guests with year-round amenities, making Hollis Haven an ideal choice for off-season visits. Located between the handsome sound and the beaches of Corolla, this gated golf course community is just a 10-min. drive to the 4x4 beaches where the wild horses roam complimentary. Grocery shopping at Harris Teeter (with a Starbucks inside) and Duck Donuts are conveniently located right at the entrance of the community.

No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Garage not available for guest use. All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
