The split-level floor plan includes two bedrooms downstairs along with a den/media room that can serve as a second living area. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs on the top floor, each with their own ensuite bath for plenty of privacy. There's no shortage of outdoor living space either, with a enormous sun deck on the front of the home and a second on the back, which includes a hot tub overlooking the pool area below.
