Friday turnover (avoid the heavy beach traffic on the weekends!)

Summer Reds is a handsome 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom pet-friendly soundside home located in the peaceful Monteray Shores community. With striking sunrise vistas from the upper deck, we are also a fast 0.4-mile walk to Dolphin Beach Access and a 4 min drive to Sailfish Beach Access which is the nearest public beach access parking lot.

Our 3300 square foot home can accommodate up to 14 people (10 adults and 4 kids). The home features 3 king masters with en suite bathrooms, 1 Queen bedroom, bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bunkroom with 1 full/twin/twin trundle. There is a full bathroom on the middle level for the Queen and Bunk room to share, another full bathroom on the ground level next to the game room, and a half bath in the upper-level living room.

The Captain's watch on the upper level is a calming hideaway to curl up and watch the stars while reading a good book. Our home also offers a well-outfitted kitchen and game room with a wet bar and full refrigerator, 2 couches, a foosball table, and a full-size arcade game machine for the kids and adults to all appreciate. We have an array of games, books, and puzzles for your family to savor on a rainy day (these are located in the living room entertainment center).

We are a pet-friendly home and welcome 2 dogs max, no weight restrictions with a $175 pet fee. Additional dogs will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Dogs are NOT to be left unattended in our home and MUST be home-trained. Please pick up after your family pets outside and be respectful of our and our neighbor's properties.
