Families and friends will discover a dream come true in this impressive, semi-oceanfront getaway. Ocean vistas abound in the open, roomy design located directly across from a beach access walkway. Step up to the crow's nest deck to take in enchanting sunrise and sunset vistas!

Ground Level: This floor offers a rec room with a kitchenette, a full-size refrigerator, a 60-inch HDTV, a DVD player, a Playstation console, cable with premium channels, a main bedroom with a queen bed, another main bedroom with a queen bed and a day bed, and a bedroom featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Middle Level: This floor offers two main bedrooms with king beds, two main bedrooms with queen beds, and a den with a 50-inch HDTV and DVD player.

Top Level: An open design with no interior walls accepts max. vistas and provides enormous, open living space with a 70-inch HDTV, a DVD player, cable with premium channels, a huge dining area for family feasts (an additional-enormous dining table seats 18 guests), and an additional-sizable kitchen with two dishwashers. Multiple seating areas let you savor conversation with friends and family, watch TV, or just soak in the striking OBX vistas. Rounding out the top floor is a half-bathroom. Expansive decks on the two top floors with a sky deck are great for whale watching.

Conveniences: Guests can appreciate a private pool (heat is available in May, June, and September), a hot tub, multiple TV/DVD players, cable with premium channels, two fridges, WiFi, and a basketball hoop. Beach access is 15 yards away.

THINGS TO KNOW
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Pool heat is not available in July and August.
