The huge kitchen, modernized in 2022 with enormous family gatherings in mind, is entirely equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals. For entertainment on rainy days, the fun game room features a pool table, darts, tiki toss, and a flat-screen Roku TV with a Sonos sound system.

Outdoor amenities include a private heated pool and hot tub, ideal for calming after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the walk to the beach access is incredibly short, just a 4-min. walk away. Additionally, the access path to the Currituck Banks Reserve and walking trails is located directly next to the home, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures.

Families with family pets and young kids will savor that this home is pet-friendly and equipped with amenities such as a sizable dog crate, booster seat, high chair, pack-and-play, bed rails, kid-friendly dishes, and tons of toys and games, including an Infinity Game table. The ship's watch offers a view of the iconic Currituck lighthouse, adding to the appeal of this coastal getaway.

The private pool is open from May 1st through October 15th. Pool Heat is available upon request at $80 per day. You can contact guest services and add the pool heat to your reservation. Please provide at least 72 Hours advance notice. Pool heat is not available in July and August.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Currituck area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
