Beachin' Awesome is a brand new construction home on the sound-side in Monteray Shores. This appealing, three-bedroom home offers you great amenities with your own private saltwater pool and hot tub. The great room gives you plenty of space for dining and preparing your favorite meals in the fresh kitchen or gathering to watch your favorite sports, movies or TV shows.

You are also just 4 miles from the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, eateries, and entertainment at the Corolla Light Town center and 5 miles from the 4x4 beaches. Or you can relax under sun-shaded cabanas or take a dip in the community pool. In addition to the clubhouse and Outdoor Community Pool, the community amenities also include a Exercise Center with tons of equipment, tennis courts, basketball courts, jungle gym and walking trails.

No family pets allowed - pet complimentary. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.
