Ideally located in the premier community of Pine Island, Corolla, your vacation experience awaits at Angelo del Mare (Sea Angel), built in 2020. The beach access is just 30 feet from the front property line of the house! Another short walk on the path at the rear of the house leads to a beautiful community activity area that includes a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, children’s play area, and snack bar. There are also numerous restaurants, shops, and beach rental companies just a 10-minute drive away.

The ground level entrance leads to the elevator to help you haul all the luggage, groceries, etc. into the house. This spacious and well-designed house offers many great features that you will soon discover. After settling in after your long drive, grab a cold brew or drink of your choice and take a stroll over to the beach. Leave your flips at the bottom of the stairway access and take a leisurely walk along the surf and breath in the fresh ocean air!

Pack up the cooler, boogie boards and sunscreen for a day at the beach! Later in the afternoon, head back to the house for a dip in the pool and a relaxing session in the hot tub. Enjoy drinks and dinner on the grill - everything just seems to taste better at the beach!

And after a long day of activities, settle into your private bedroom suite, prop yourself up in the bed, and stream one of your favorite shows or movies. All bedrooms feature 50”, Smart TVs!

Mid Level: Four king en suites with private baths, en suite with 2 twin bunk sets and private bath, and laundry with dual washers/dryers. Enjoy using the covered decks of the east and west sides of the house.

Top Level: King en suite with private bath and ocean views, kitchen with island raised bar (seating for 8), great room with 85” Smart TV, dining area with seating for 10, bistro table seats 4, separate sitting area with TV, access to a front covered deck with ocean views and a rear covered deck with views of the community center area, half bath.
