This freshly constructed home features chic and extravagant upgrades throughout, including a shiplap fireplace and a awesome kitchen complete with a sizable island and commercial-grade gas range. After sleeping in, make your way to the entirely outfitted coffee bar to get the day started. Your family will adore having a huge private pool right in the backyard for around-the-clock fun in the sun. When you come back from the beach or a day of exploring Corolla, appreciate drinks on the back deck overlooking the Currituck Club golf course, or relax with a soak in the hot tub. Ideal for bigger groups and extended families, this home offers five master suites so everybody can have their own private getaway. A den on the mid level can serve as an additional living area or sleeping area, equipped with a pull-out couch and TV.

Downstairs, watch the big game or host a movie nighttime in the bespoke-designed theater room. This unique space includes multiple TV's, comfortable couches and pub seating. Prepare your concessions at the wet bar, equipped with an ice maker and dishwasher. With convenient access to the backyard, it's also ideal for grabbing poolside drinks and snacks. For some friendly competition, gather in the garage/game room where there's really something for everybody. Go one-on-one in foosball, flex your skills on the shuffleboard table, or try to beat the highest score on the Pac Man arcade game.

During the summer months, getting to the beach is simple with the complimentary trolley and beach valet services (Memorial Day thru Labor Day). The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk away and once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear. For a variety of recreation options, head over to the main clubhouse where you'll find a exercise center, outdoor pool with tiki bar, tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard and more.
