The Sandpiper offers you and your family a fabulous vacation hideaway, whether you choose to be located in the trees for privacy or to make the most of the Corolla sunshine. This really uniquely-designed octagonal home is ideally located in Corolla Light. The beach, Oceanfront pools and clubhouse are all within a short walking distance. The appeal of the Sandpiper is enhanced by its many amenities, splendid artwork and area for family together time or a private moment. Be sure to relax on the lower level deck under the trees and on the upper level deck secluded hot tub with a view of the beautiful Currituck lighthouse.

Ground Level: Outside amenities include the hot tub (mid-level), outside shower and gas grille. Inside you'll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Couch, reading nook with refrigerator, patio access, half bath and laundry with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD and vaulted ceiling, kitchen with double ovens and breakfast bar seating 4 and the dining room seating 8 with a second table seating 4. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a Queen Bedroom with with flat-screen TV and semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas). Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles. Hot Tub is on the deck.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Corolla Light, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance.
