Top Level: Cedar lined great room with 50" flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo and access to the cavernous decks. Well-equipped kitchen with prep-sink, breakfast bar seating 4, second full-size refrigerator in closet/pantry and deck access. Dining area seating 8 and a separate breakfast table with seating for 5. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and a second King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, access to the oceanfront decks and a private bathroom with jetted tub. Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Single Bed and flat-screen TV/DVD, Bedroom with a Double Bed, Single Bed and flat-screen TV and a full hall bathroom.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on good feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
