The resort encompasses 240 acres and is considered be the most family-friendly resort on the Outer Banks. Corolla Light is home to some of the best beaches anywhere on the Outer Banks and they are patrolled by lifeguards during the summer season.

The three air-conditioned Corolla Light trolleys run every 20-25 mins. during the summer season. Getting around the resort is so painless! Just pick up the trolley at one of the designated stops and off you go! If you're headed to the oceanfront complex, you'll enjoy basketball, volleyball and shuffleboard courts while you're there.

For those seeking a more natural experience, visit the peaceful sound side and take a walk along the mile + soundfront nature trail. The sunsets off the two piers are glorious and not to be missed. Don't forget your workout routine at our Sports Center, or enjoy a game of tennis on one the 10 tennis courts. At the end of the day, indulge yourself and your family to dinner and drinks at the award-winning Ocean Front Grille.
