This gorgeous beach home was designed by Florez & Florez and features a splendid open floor plan and soaring ceilings. This home has four bedrooms, two of which are primary bedrooms with private baths. There is a fifth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds for the little ones. Each bedroom offers a TV with internet and Roku.

This home is part of the top-rated Corolla Light Resort which includes many fabulous amenities. While you will appreciate having your own private pool, hot tub, and game room with a pool table, you will also be able to savor all the club has to offer, such as the oceanfront clubhouse, heated swimming pools, game rooms, playgrounds, tennis, and sauna. Let’s not forget the charming wide sandy beaches of Corolla. The home is located across from the Currituck Sound, steps away from the Corolla Light Sports Center and putt-putt golf. There is even a trolley stop just out front which makes getting to the beach a breeze.

Ground Level: You enter the home into the rec room that features a pool table, TV, full-size refrigerator, a room with one bunk bed (twin over a full) and a trundle underneath, and a full bath. Just outside the sliding glass door are a gated, in-ground swimming pool and a hot tub. There is also an outdoor shower and grilling area with a gas grille.

Mid Level: Entering the columns of the double-story porch, the Mid Level features a two-story entry entryway that opens to a huge great room with soaring ceilings and skywalk plus an integrated kitchen, bar, and dining area ideal for entertaining. The Mid Level of this home also offers a main bedroom suite plus a second full bath. The combination of wraparound porches and decks creates a marvelous outdoor entertaining area and private hideaway. The kitchen bar seats four and the dining table seats eight. There is a nice, sizable intelligent TV with surround sound and plenty of comfortable seating to lounge for all. The laundry room is also located on this level. The wraparound porch is really gorgeous. There are areas of shade as well as sun. A handsome spot to enjoy that morning coffee as well as that glass of wine in the evening.

Top Level: The top level features a king primary suite and two additional bedrooms that share a full bath and and are connected by a delightful skywalk. Each bedroom has its own covered deck to enjoy. Each bedroom has its own TV with all the channels and Roku. There is a nice view of the Currituck Sound.
