Top Level: Features an broad great room with handsome ocean vistas, deck access, a constructed-in cabinet with a new granite countertop, a 65" flat screen TV/DVD, stereo, electric fireplace, extravagant furnishings, and solar shades on the enormous picture windows for your comfort! The well-outfitted kitchen includes an island with bar stools, granite countertops, and a sizable dining table that comfortably seats 10! The roomy King Master Suite presents Ocean Vistas, a private bath with a huge Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower, 2 sinks, a TV, and handsome décor! This home is kid-friendly!

Mid-level: Includes a 2nd king master suite with ocean vistas, a private bath with a separate shower and tub, and a TV with a DVD player! There is also a king bedroom with a TV that shares a full hall bath with another bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds, a TV, and a VCR! Still another bedroom will have a king and 1 will have a bunk bed.

The game room can be found on the ground level where many family memories will be made shooting pool, playing foosball, watching TV, or just enjoying drinks (from the mini-refrigerator) in the sitting area!

How to get the best rental value:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, change your family's Currituck vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.
