The elevator makes it painless for those who have trouble with stairs or carrying bags and groceries. The lavishly equipped gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a chilled wine cabinet, ice maker, steamer oven for steaming your own seafood, an eight-burner gas cooktop, a sub-zero refrigerator, four dishwashers and pretty granite countertops. The great room offers spectacular sound vistas and calming bespoke furnishings.

The soundproof theater room features a huge screen TV, video collection and recliner seating to savor your favorite movies in style. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
