Offering everything your family needs to create lasting memories plus a great location and amenities. Located in Corolla Lights Oceanside community of Beacon Hill, you'll not only have access to all the home amenities but also to all the community amenities! The Shad Street beach access with public parking is about a 5 block walk or drive. The community also offers trolley service (seasonal) to the community oceanfront pools, activities, restaurant and beach access!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated private pool with hot tub and outside shower. To the back of the home is a completely fenced yard with a gas grille. Inside you'll find a Rec Room with pool table, pool deck access and a wet bar with full-size refrigerator and sink. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Master Bedroom with a Double/Double Bunk Set with a flat-screen TV, desk and private bathroom.

Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and attached semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway). Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/ DVD, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating 10 and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, screened porch access and private bathroom.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
