Ground Level: This level is for play! It features a rec room with pool table, TV/DVD and a wet bar with microwave and refrigerator. Also on this level are a bath and 2 bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and one with a Queen.

Mid Level: This level offers 4 bedrooms. There is a bedroom and a King room that have deck access and share a bath. There is also a King main bedroom with deck access and a Queen main bedroom with sunset vistas.

Top Level: Is completely dedicated to painless living and entertaining. The enormous great room includes TV/DVD and CD/Stereo The generous kitchen serves two dining areas. The drink center/pantry offers additional storage. For terrific ocean and sound vistas lounge on the deck and the sky deck.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. No more dogs are allowed.
