Escape to this oceanfront, 6-bedroom home located in the Ocean Hill neighborhood of Corolla. Ideal for families and couples, this roomy property offers the ideal Beach Haven getaway for a memorable vacation. Step onto the oceanside deck with a hot tub and soak in the pretty vistas of the beach. A convenient walkway provides simple access to the sandy shores, accepting you to spend your days basking in the sun and playing in the waves. For indoor entertainment, the home features a rec room complete with a pool table, foosball table, and a mini refrigerator, ensuring countless hours of fun and relaxation. The media room features a 51" TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The home features a cavernous great room with a comfortable gas fireplace, ideal for those off-season getaways. Appreciate gorgeous ocean vistas and direct access to the oceanfront sun deck, where you can soak up the sun and listen to the waves crashing. The completely equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with two dishwashers and an island seating area for four. The dining table can comfortably accommodate ten guests, ideal for hosting family meals. Additionally, there is a beautiful breakfast nook that doubles as a game table, providing a cozy spot for four to savor a leisurely breakfast or engage in some friendly competition. The home offers ample sleeping arrangements, including a king en suite, a queen en suite, and a family en suite with a queen and a additional room with a twin bed as well as another queen room and two kids rooms with bunk beds.

Community Conveniences: Beach Haven guests have use of The Villages at Ocean Hill amenities that include: beach access, oceanside and soundside community swimming pools, four tennis courts, a basketball court and playground, a supplied lake, exercise center access for a nominal fee, and an estuary boardwalk for guests to discover the wetlands bordering the Currituck Sound.

Exploring Corolla: Beach Haven guests can travel north to discover the 4-wheel drive region or schedule a guided tour to see our world-famed wild horses. Trips south will allow you to discover historic sites including the old Corolla Village, The Whalehead Club, and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. The town of Corolla offers a wide variety of stores, eateries, fine dining, and recreation to appreciate throughout your stay.

Beach Access: Located just behind property. Use the wooden walkway behind the pool deck to access the beach.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
