Top level: You're greeted with the most mesmerizing, unobstructed 180-degree vistas of the charming Atlantic Ocean! The great room has an handsome yet comfortable feel, where you can watch the game on the huge screen TV, listen to music, read a book, or savor some family time! The enormous gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with your family and includes stainless steel appliances, as well as a sizable island with a cooktop. There is plenty of room for everybody, including seating for 14 at the new dining room table, a smaller table for 4, and seating at the kitchen island for four more! Step outside into the screened-in gazebo, where you can dine al fresco, appreciate breakfast with the sunrise while watching the dolphins, or spend time on the open sundeck, where you'll find cozy deck chairs! There is also a King bedroom with an ensuite bath and a Queen bedroom with a single daybed. A powder room is also located on this level.

Middle level: Features four more king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a bedroom with two pyramid bunk beds. One of the king bedrooms has an accessible-friendly roll-in shower! The laundry room and kitchenette are also on this level, offering a microwave, mini refrigerator, and sink.

Bottom level: The L-shaped 50' Salt Water pool is striking for cooling off on hot days, calming, floating, or swimming laps! It can be heated for an additional $400! The 7-person hot tub is ideal for evening soaks with friends or hanging out on rainy, chilly days! There's even a fenced-in dog area beside the pool just for your fur infant! To finish off the bottom floor, a game room with a pool table!

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time.
