Level 3: On the Top Level, you are greeted with the most mesmerizing, unobstructed 180-degree vistas of the elegant Atlantic Ocean! The great room has an chic, yet comfortable feel where you can watch the game on the Substantial Screen TV, listen to music, read a book, or just savor some family time! The giant gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make all of your family meals together and includes stainless steel appliances and a huge island with a cooktop. There is plenty of seating for everybody including a enormous table for eight and a smaller table with benches for 4 and seating at the kitchen island for 4 more! Step outside into the Screened-in gazebo where you can dine al fresco, appreciate breakfast with the sunrise while watching the dolphins, or spend time on the open sundeck where you will find cozy deck chairs! There is also a King bedroom with an en suite bath and a Queen bedroom with a single daybed on this level. A powder room is also located on this level.

Level 2: The Mid-level features 4 more king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds. One of the king bedrooms has an accessible-friendly roll-in shower! The laundry room/kitchenette is also on this level which offers a microwave, mini-refrigerator, and sink!

All of the bedrooms have an ocean view!

Level 1: The L-shaped 50' Salt Water pool is striking for cooling off on hot days, calming, floating, or swimming laps! It can be heated for an additional $350! The 7-person hot tub is ideal for evening soaks with friends or hanging out on rainy, chilly days! There's even a fenced-in dog area beside the pool just for your fur infant! Appreciate the newly added game room with a pool table!

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time.
