Level 3: On the Top Level, you are greeted with the most mesmerizing, unobstructed 180-degree vistas of the elegant Atlantic Ocean! The great room has an chic, yet comfortable feel where you can watch the game on the Substantial Screen TV, listen to music, read a book, or just savor some family time! The giant gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make all of your family meals together and includes stainless steel appliances and a huge island with a cooktop. There is plenty of seating for everybody including a enormous table for eight and a smaller table with benches for 4 and seating at the kitchen island for 4 more! Step outside into the Screened-in gazebo where you can dine al fresco, appreciate breakfast with the sunrise while watching the dolphins, or spend time on the open sundeck where you will find cozy deck chairs!
