Breathtaking vistas await you, as well as luxury and comfort in this impressive oceanfront home located in Ocean Hill. Here, you'll find handsome, wide-open, uncrowded beaches! Guests immediately fall in adore with this "home away from home" and all that it offers. Handicapped accessible bedroom and bathroom on mid-level next to the elevator! GAMEROOM with pool table!

Top level: You're greeted with the most mesmerizing, unobstructed 180-degree vistas of the elegant Atlantic Ocean! The great room has an opulent yet comfortable feel, where you can watch the game on the sizable screen TV, listen to music, read a book, or appreciate some family time! The enormous gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with your family and includes stainless steel appliances, as well as a huge island with a cooktop. There is plenty of room for everybody, including seating for 14 at the new dining room table, a smaller table for 4, and seating at the kitchen island for four more! Step outside into the screened-in gazebo, where you can dine al fresco, savor breakfast with the sunrise while watching the dolphins, or spend time on the open sundeck, where you'll find cozy deck chairs! There is also a King bedroom with an ensuite bath and a Queen bedroom with a single daybed. A powder room is also located on this level.

Middle level: Features four more king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a bedroom with two pyramid bunk beds. One of the king bedrooms has an accessible-friendly roll-in shower! The laundry room and kitchenette are also on this level, offering a microwave, mini refrigerator, and sink.

All of the bedrooms have an ocean view!

Bottom level: The L-shaped 50' Salt Water pool is amazing for cooling off on hot days, calming, floating, or swimming laps! It can be heated for an additional $400! The 7-person hot tub is ideal for evening soaks with friends or hanging out on rainy, chilly days! There's even a fenced-in dog area beside the pool just for your fur infant! To finish off the bottom floor, a game room with a pool table!

But wait...There's more!... Huge gas grille, 8 TVs, DVD player, gas fireplace, basketball goal, infant gate, crib, high chair, wireless internet all supplied!

Painless beach access! The private ramped walkway is joined at the mid-level by a cabana and two private showers, a dressing area, and a bathroom! Discover what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer!

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell phone service devices to provide internet access, especially if they need it for work or school.
