There is plenty of space around the property to hang out as one big group or to find a little solitude for yourself. The main lounge sits on the second level and features tons of seating space at tables, comfortable armchairs, and couches. There are also multiple TVs, a gas fireplace, a wet bar, and a infant enormous piano with a player-piano option to set the mood just right.

There’s also a sitting area on the third level, complete with plush couches overlooking the beach.

In addition to the ensuite bathrooms, there is a half bathroom on the first level and another half bath on the second level to cater to the common spaces.

☆☆ GETTING TO THE HOME ☆☆
To ensure a smooth arrival, an all-wheel or four-wheel drive car with at least 7.5 inches of ground clearance is required!! A tow from the sand is $400 and a lot of precious vacation time, so trust us and don’t try the drive in a 2WD car!

Generally guests do one of 3 things to reach the home:

1: Drive a personnel or rental 4x4 car. (We’re happy to recommend local units that allow beach driving. It’s recommended to stop at our satellite parking to reduce tire pressure roughly 10-15 pounds, before driving on to the sand. Usually, it is an easier drive during low tide, and when it is not extremely hot.

2: Guests without a 4x4 are able to park overnight at our satellite parking (1142 Ocean Trail Rd.) and then can be picked up by other members of their group that do have 4x4s.

3. Guests take advantage of the third-event shuttle service that costs roughly $250 - $300 for one side of the journey, and can accommodate up to twelve people at once!

★☆OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ☆★
- The property rents weekly only during the busy season, please contact us (outerbankbeachhomes) for off season minimums.
- This reservation is completely non-returnable irrespective of the channel policies you booked at. We do not provide refunds if, for example, one or few people in your event have COVID. We have Instant bookings on, but reservations are confirmed 24-48 hours after booking to make sure all details can be worked out.
- Cleaning costs doesn't include linens and trash charges - roughly additional $750.
- Event costs for when outside vendors are involved (weddings, corporate events, etc.) start at $5,500, please contact us to customize your stay.
- Pool is open from Memorial Day to the end of September. Pool heat is available in shoulder seasons for an additional fee. For off season pool requests, please let us know as it requires additional costs, and is weather dependent.
- Property is only accessible by a beach side sand 4x4 road, you will need a 4x4 car to reach the home without getting stuck!!! We have parking available 3 miles away from the home for those who do not have a 4x4, and 4x4 rental and shuttle companies are available.
