Welcome to Coastal Calling at Corolla Shores!

When the goal of your Outer Banks vacation is fun in the sun and games in the shade with a big group of your best peeps and family, this Corolla Shores homes delivers! This 7-bedroom Oceanside home in ever-trendy Corolla features the most in-demand amenities, like a 14 x 30 in ground heated pool, hot tub, humongous, fenced yard, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and an electrical car charger!

On the first level, you'll find a billiards room with a wet bar and sizable flat-screen TV ideal for hanging out and watching the game. You'll also find two of the seven bedrooms on this level. The first is a king suite with a private bathroom fitted with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bunk - Twin on top of a Queen. Both of these sumptuous bedrooms are charmingly decorated and are furnished with huge flat-screen TVs. This level also features a full family bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a state-of-the-art washer and dryer.

From the first level, you and your family have access to the back yard which feels like your own private resort. With a huge private pool, a hot tub, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower, your family will spend hours appreciating these amenities against the backdrop of the Outer Banks' natural beauty and the professionally landscaped surroundings.

On the second level, you'll find the main entrance to the home. This floor homes four of the seven decadent bedrooms. Two bedrooms are King En Suites, each containing full private bathrooms featuring stand-up showers. A third King Bedroom is found on this level. In each of these bedrooms you will also find deck access, and flat screen TVs. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a twin over twin bunk bed, twin bed, and TV and offers deck access looking over the pool. There is a shared full family bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The third and main living level features an broad open-concept floor plan. The living and dining rooms and kitchen flow seamlessly together so being in separate rooms won't interrupt your quality time. Feel the enjoyment of cooking as a family in the completely equipped gourmet kitchen with a top-of-the-line GE refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Gather at the dining table with seating for eight. You and your family will appreciate congregating in this open space to watch a movie on the enormous flat-screen TV in the living area or relax with a glass of wine on the poolside deck. This level is home to the final King En Suite with a private bathroom and poolside deck access. All bed linens and bath towels are supplied.

This home is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
