Break Away with your family to this Outer Banks Vacation home in Beacon Villas. Appreciate full access to all the amenities of Corolla Light from the oceanfront entertainment complex that includes trolley access during the summer months to the peaceful soundside walking trails.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with outside shower, screened patio with a hot tub and a completely gated patio with a gas grille. Entry Level. Inside you'll find the Recroom with flat-screen TV, sound bar, foosball table and kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and sink. Bedroom with a DuoBunk (double on bottom/ single on top), flat-screen TV and semi-private full bathroom (shares access with the Recroom). Laundry with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Open great room with coastal decor, sizable flat-screen TV/DVD, sound bar and deck access. Elegant and functional kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining area seating 6, half bathroom and 2 King Master Bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom.

Top Level: Master Bedroom with 2 Queens, flat-screen TV and private bathroom.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Cost saving strategies:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Currituck area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Currituck area, The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection.   • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to stimulate future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
