Sometimes dreams do come true, and we would appreciate to share our dream with you for your own family getaway at Bluewater Dream.
This gorgeous home is filled with everything you could possibly want for a amazing beach vacation. There is a private pool and 6 person hot tub, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, jetted tub in the top floor master bath, a game room with wet bar and a screened porch with phenomenal lighthouse vistas. Recent upgrades are Trex deck furnishings, a Mesh WiFi system and Roku added to all TVs. New in 2024: Quiet LG Dishwasher and clothes dryer. Deck surfaces were also renewed. There is a new 5 person Hot Tub for 2025.
We chose this home for its ideal location in the striking Northern Outer Banks, with its fresh ambiance, handsome private beaches, convenient shopping, tons of family activities and eateries.
This home site is located on a peaceful cul de sac on the Sound side of the exclusive Ocean Hill Community, with a handsome ocean front community pool facility. Across the street from Bluewater Dream is the (optional) exercise center, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a playground, basketball courts, Crystal Lake and the sound side community pool. The ocean is an 8-10 min. walk, or you can pack the kids and beach chairs in the car and drive 1 min. to the ocean front facility parking lot where you can appreciate the private beach and community pool, and take advantage of the snack bar or of course, soak up the sun on the beach.
Access to the 4 x 4 beaches is only a half mile north! So, you can pack your own (or a rental) 4-wheel drive car with lunch and spend the day on the beautiful beaches that stretch for miles. In season, you will need a Currituck County permit to park on the 4 x 4 beaches. Be sure to watch for the wild horses of Corolla! The villages at Ocean Hill is at the end of highway 12, so the pace is slower. This location is a real gem!

1st Floor: A King bedroom is located here with an en suite bathroom, which is great for anyone wanting to LIMIT THE USE OF STAIRS. There is a separate game room with Couch and simple chairs, wet bar, microwave and mini refrigerator with foosball table, LED TV and PLAY STATION 3! Access to the pool area and hot tub and of course, the outdoor shower, is here. There is also a gas grille for your convenience.

2nd Floor: There are 4 huge Queen bedrooms on this level. One has 2 queen beds. Each pair of bedrooms shares a full bathroom. The full-size washer and dryer are located on this level. And there is a full length second floor deck with Trex Deck Chairs, Rocking chairs, a Table and Chairs and a kids size picnic table.
3rd Floor: This floor features a King bedroom with a En Suite bathroom, that features a separate shower and jetted hottub tub.
Since this is a reverse floor plan, the top floor features the great room living area with Lazyboy recliner couch, the dining area and a modern kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a sizable breakfast bar. There is also a screened porch with table and chairs, delightful lighthouse vistas, and a enormous deck overlooking the pool area that features Trex loungers and Adirondack Chairs.
There is also a half bath on the landing to serve this area.

Loft: The loft, or ships watch, is a great little get away with a comfortable day bed and trundle.

We do allow family pets, up to 2 dogs. The pet fee is $250 for 1 or 2 pets.
Family Animals must be well trained, at least 1 year old and max. 60 lbs.

Our private pool is open roughly May 15 through October 15.

Guests should plan to provide beach towels, paper products, cleaning/personal items and kitchen trash bags.

Note: Property is protected by one security camera facing the driveway and road, above the Carport.
