Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in the heart of Corolla, this 5-bedroom home is located in the fashionable Villages at Ocean Hill community. Mermaid Fantasy offers a Friday check-in so you can beat the summer weekend traffic and spend less time sitting in the car! A private neighborhood beach access is just 528-feet from the home (a short 3-min. walk) with parking available.

On a hot summer day, cool off with a dip in the private swimming pool. Spend your evenings under the stars while you soak in the bubbly poolside hot tub. A fish-cleaning station is available in the carport so you can prep your catch-of-the-day and an outdoor grilling area in the backyard makes it painless for an evening Bar-B-Que. (*Additional fee for pool heat in accordance with Oceanside Vacations pool service dates. Please request this one week prior to your arrival.)

The lower level of this home features a game room with a flat-screen TV and foosball table, and a dartboard located in the carport. The couch pulls out to a sleeper couch for additional space. The ground-level also features an ocean-themed bedroom with a comfortable King Bed. A full bath completes the level.

The middle level features three of the five bedrooms. Rest easy in a Master King with TV, Deck Access and an Attached Full-sized Bathroom. A Master Queen Bedroom enjoys a TV and Deck Access while the attached Full Bath also has access to the hallway and is shared by the third Bedroom containing a Full/Double Bed.

You'll discover delightfully decorated rooms throughout the home as the owners haven't overlooked a single detail in creating its cheerful décor and design. With an abundance of windows on every floor, Mermaid Fantasy features a bright and airy interior overflowing with natural sunlight which is evident in the cozy, yet roomy, living area on the upper level. The completely outfitted kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of seating for everybody in your event around the island bar. The adjoining dining area features a sizable coral-themed glass table with seating for 10. Unwind in the Master King Bedroom with TV & attached Full Bath w/ double vanity. You'll appreciate stepping outside to soak up the salty sea breezes on one of this home's cavernous decks or enormous screened porch. Ample seating is included so all of your friends and family can venture outdoors and find a spot to kick off their flip flops and bury their nose in a good book.

If you're searching for an outdoor adventure, visit the close by Corolla Adventure Park (half a mile to the south), climb the Currituck Beach Lighthouse (just 1.3 miles down the road), or take a wild horse tour along the four-wheel drive area, which is less than half a mile to the north. Nature lovers can embark on a leisurely walk along the Currituck Banks Maritime Forest Trail for striking vistas of the Sunset which begins in a parking area right across the road from Mermaid Fantasy and takes visitors along a wooden boardwalk that gently winds its way through the forest to an overlook at the edge of the spectacular Currituck Sound. When it's time to eat, stop by Pasquale Pizza to savor sandwiches, wings, salads, hand-tossed pizza, or a cold drink.
