Welcome to “Blue Dune”! Approximately eight miles up the 4x4 beaches (four wheel drive required!), this oceanfront getaway offers amenities that can be appreciated all year long. Family and friends will appreciate spending time together in this calming and enchanting home.


On the third level of the home you will find spaces to congregate as well as bedrooms with charming vistas of the Atlantic. An electric fireplace and expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean make the living area a splendid place to hang out. Savor ocean vistas while cooking dinner in the open kitchen, that includes two fridges, two ovens, and two dishwashers, and a great setup to enormous gatherings. Multiple dining options are supplied, such as island bar seating, breakfast bar seating, and a roomy dining area where all can eat together with a view of the ocean. Corolla Wild Horses that roam the area and are a treat to watch in their natural habitat. Two master bedrooms on the third floor each have a private bathroom and vistas of the ocean. There is a half bathroom conveniently located on the top floor.


On the second level of the home, there is a sitting area with a wet bar and an electric fireplace. Gather in the pub-style lounge to chill after a long day outdoors. Four master bedrooms each include a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. Two washers and two dryers in the laundry room accommodate huge families.


The lowest level of the home was made for fun. Family movie nighttime goes to the next level in the state-of-the-art theatre room, which includes ten chairs. Tap into your competitive spirit in the rec room, which features a high-end pool table. Four master bedrooms on the lower level each includes a private bathroom. Wrap-around decks on the first and second levels offer vistas of the ocean and are ideal for watching OBX sunsets and the Corolla Wild Horses.


Outside, you’ll find a first-class outdoor getaway, a outstanding relaxation area for the entire family, all year long. The sizable private pool accepts you to play all day long. Loungers around the pool area are available for those that prefer to bask in the sun. Appreciate a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a great OBX day. A covered cabana bar overlooks the pool and includes bar seating and a TV. Have fun watching the big game while mixing drinks and making dinner on the grille, which is in the pool area.
