The first level of this elegant home is your gateway to entertainment. The recreation room features a pool table, shuffleboard, and an arcade, ideal for all ages. A convenient kitchenette accepts you to grab a cold drink or snack between games. Step outside to discover the private heated pool and hot tub, where summer days give way to starry nights. Fire up the gas grille for a poolside BBQ, and relax at the tiki bar for evening fun. Two outdoor showers make rinsing off after the beach a breeze.

**Metamorphoseas is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

**Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

• Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
