Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Pool heated by AquaCal heat pump which heats the pool in the off-season and cools the pool in-season; ambient air temperature of 45 degrees needed to heat the pool. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
