Parking passes for the 4x4 beaches are required to park on the beach from April 29th to October 7th.

Mustang Magnet is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Layout:

Ground Level: Parking with entrance to home. Recreation room with pool table and half bath.

Mid Level: 3 en suites with private baths (2 king and 1 queen) and 2 pyramid bunk bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bath.

Top Level: King en suite with private bath, huge kitchen with wrap-around kitchen bar, dining area, living area with flat screen TV, sliding door to oceanside deck with pretty vistas and gas fireplace. Separate den off the living room area with unbelievable vistas. Half bath.
