This pretty new beach home has 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths with an elevator that makes visiting arrivals a breeze... Have your morning coffee on the front deck and watch the sunrise while the rear deck affords exceptional sunset vistas and the inground pool can be viewed as well. The evenings can be spent in the game room playing foosball while the mini refrigerator keeps the cold beverages convenient while appreciating family time. The inground salt water pool has a tanning ledge and constructed in seats in multiple areas. Appreciate the outdoor bar area with 4 hi top chairs to relax out of the sun while overlooking the pool. The commercial ice maker produces plenty of ice to keep the coolers full for beach days. The beach and ocean is within a 5 min. walk and the famed Wild Horses of Corolla freely roam the area.
