Dockside North Seafood Market

Expect a warm hello when you walk into Dockside North Seafood Market. And also expect to discover one of the most comprehensive seafood markets on the Outer Banks. Not only are the folks here friendly, but they offer many choices to make your meals simply delicious. They supply fresh seafood by the pound and also some prepared and frozen choices. The seafood comes from Etheridge Seafood in Wanchese –  a local fishing village. Shop for tuna steaks, tile fish, swordfish steaks, shark, sea scallops, mahi-mahi, flounder fillets, red snapper fillets, lump crab meat, tilapia, salmon fillets, oysters, mussels, little neck clams, and whole lobsters. Like shrimp? Buy it cooked, raw and even devained here. Prepared food includes crabcakes and crab balls. Frozen seafood includes snow crab legs, hush puppies, calamari rings, stuffed clams, breaded clam strips, deviled crabs, tuna kabobs, lobster tails, soft shell crabs, chowder clams, stuffed clams, crawfish and king crab egs and claws. You can pick up lemons and seafood sauces, beer, barbeque equipment, folding coolers, parchment paper, noodles, clam juices and lime juice. Ask about their Down East Clambake To Go: delicious seafood and veggie combos and even the directions to prepare a pot of seafood – that includes butter, lemon, spices and the pot!
