Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access, Queen Bedroom, full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Bunk Set. Laundry area with HE washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD/VCR and access to a pergola covered deck, ships watch with table seating 2-4, dining room seating 8, kitchen with granite counter tops and counter seating for 5, half bathroom, sun room with access to the deck with a gas grille.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Getting the best rental value:

  • In the Currituck area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.

Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it.
