On the top floor, ocean vistas are generous and may be experienced from the great room, dining room, reception hall, and broad wrap around decks. All common areas are cavernous, charmingly decorated to enhance a coastal ambiance, and amply capable of hosting enormous groups. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed and conveniently located to offer painless access to the common areas. It homes a huge range, two dishwashers, bar seating, a butler's pantry, and is adjacent to a lounge with a bar, keg cooler, two under counter fridges and a sitting area.
