The top floor features a comfortable living space with wide ocean vistas, an fashonable infant-huge piano for the musician in the family, and plenty of seating for movie nights around the TV. There's a Captains watch and a sun room which both have great vistas from the west and south faces of the home, and seating for gaming, puzzles, or reading in tranquility. The dining room has handsome and comfortable seating for 10. The roomy kitchen with granite counter tops, a gas range, double convection oven, and an island wet-bar is ideal for painless entertaining while cooking for the whole family. Well outfitted with with all of the modern amenities, it'll handle any meal you can think of! The top-level deck provides plenty of space to watch the kids in the pool from above, and has an exterior stair that connects all levels to the bottom level where there is a fenced-in pool deck. The master bedroom with king bed features a luxurious one-person sauna as well as a jet-tub and shower stall.
A seriously beautiful work of art graces the entry door- the main entrance on the second floor which leads right into the billiard room. A phenomenal claw-foot antique style pocket billiards table will provide hours of fun for kids and adults alike! The bottom floor of the home has an entrance directly from the pull-under garage space, and simple access to the elevator. There's a second refrigerator, microwave, wet-bar, and dishwasher, lending the bottom floor ideally to private living for whoever in the family may want that.
There's also a king bedroom with ensuite full bath. The laundry room has a utility sink along with washer and dryer. The ground floor also has a ping-pong table in the charmingly decorated space including a jungle mural on the wall. The pool deck is fenced in, concrete, and contains an out-door shower to rinse all the sand off after the beach and all the chlorine off after the pool.

Guests will borrow the two season passes for parking on the beach. No graduation or event groups of any kind are allowed in our homes.
