The top level features an open kitchen with breakfast bar, and the sizable living area has a gas fireplace (available off-season only).
The dining table seats 14, and the additional seating at the kitchen bar and breakfast nook accepts plenty of room for everybody to get together for family meals or games. The expansive sundeck offers a place to sit and catch up with a cool drink as you take in the ocean vistas, feel the beach breezes, and smell the sea air! Not only will the 7 separate bedrooms at Dune It Right give everybody their own private space, but 5 of the bedrooms are masters and include their own private bathroom. The mid-level den area with a commercial ice-maker provides a Queen Sleep Couch for additional sleeping space, and the wet bars with fridges on both lower levels will ensure that there is plenty of room for snacks and drinks for a crowd! The ground level game room features a pool table & ping pong table. Shoot hoops in the driveway with the basketball goal while the rest of the family relaxes on the furnished sun and shade decks.
Grille up dinner on the gas grille and savor it outside overlooking the ocean. After a long day at the beach, cool off and rinse off the salt and the sand in the outside shower.
