Atlantic Adventure (formerly Art of Living) is a Corolla oceanside home that embodies the “Art of Living,” as it was formerly named. The top-level Great Room, King Master, and half bathroom have wood floor and artful décor. The kitchen offers plenty of countertop and storage plus a pantry. Water filters constructed into the sink save guests all the trouble of buying bottled water, a contribution towards reducing the 70 million plastic bottles consumed a day. Seating for 8 at the kitchen bar will accommodate all the kids for breakfast! A designated coffee bar area helps in the morning with crowd control! Feel complimentary to bring the family dog (max. 2 dogs) to spend your vacation with you!

To make your Atlantic Adventure fun and memorable, the owners added tons of means of entertainment and room to play! Movies in the Great Room are just part of the fun. The ground level Rec Room has a full-size pool table, foosball table, and a theater room. Step out of the game room to the outdoor living space. The huge private pool has room for all. The 8-person hot tub gives you a space to relax while the kids play. The backyard volleyball court, the front lawn basketball goal, and a golf practice net can keep all the teens and adults happily occupied. Family nights by the pool, appreciating the convenience of the poolside bar, calming in the hot tub with the fire pit glowing and the kids playing in the pool will make great vacation memories.

This home is available year-round. You can savor peaceful walks on the beach and a comfortable fireplace for evenings. Perhaps you would prefer a soak in the hot tub with the fire pit warming. You always have the games inside for those stormy days. The mid-level bunk room can double as an office with a constructed-in desk and intelligent TV for meetings and internet access.

Additional amenities details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
