Ground Level: Step out of your car and put the groceries and luggage directly on to the elevator for easy access to all 3 levels. Inside you'll find the Rec Room with Queen Sleep Sofa and kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Enjoy the big screen TV and the arcade video gaming system. Queen Bedroom and a full bathroom accessible by both the bedroom and the rec room. Step through the slider door and enjoy the lakefront hot tub with surrounding deck. 

Mid Level: Stairs from the ground level lead to the entry foyer. On this level you'll find 4 bedrooms: King Master Bedroom with private bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and a Queen Bedroom that shares a Jack-n-Jill Bathroom with a Bedroom with a Full/Full Bunk Set and Trundle. Two of these bedrooms offer lakefront views. 

Top Level: Enjoy the views of the lakeside sunsets in the Great Room with a high ceiling, big screen TV and deck access. Dining room with deck access. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, half bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with with a high ceiling, wonderful views of the live oak trees and a private bathroom. 

Extras: ELEVATOR, Hot Tub, 8 TVs, arcade video game, 2 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, hardwood flooring on top 2 levels, cottage style decor that enhances the beautiful lake views. Generous amount of decking with lots of comfortable deck seating,  highchair, pack-n-play and Villages at Ocean Hill Community amenities including 2 community pools (1 lakefront, 1 oceanfront), fitness center and tennis and pickleball courts. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for the sleep sofa, top bunk and trundle bed in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Community Restrictions

  • No parking on roads, streets or shoulders.
  • All vehicles must fit in driveway of the property.
  • Guests are not permitted to use the parking lots, beach accesses or community amenities until 4PM on the day of arrival.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
