Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

This has an incredible pool for adults, kids and toddlers to share all at once...felt like a resort! Be aware, the hot tub is only accessible through 3 of the midfloor bedrooms.

This is the second time our family has rented this house. The layout is great, it allows some separation between adults and kids/young adults. Outside area is nice. Once again we enjoyed the house.

This is a very nice house with a great pool area. It is a short walk to the beach access, although we would use a vehicle to drop off chairs, a canopy, and coolers.

Weve been coming to OBX since 1979 and this is our favorite house! The pool is stunning. It includes an in-pool tiki bar so we can grill and eat while the kids splash in the attached kiddie pool or swim in the larger traditional one. We've been renting this house since 2003 and it gets better with fantastic upgrades every year. We have a large family (25+) and everyone has comfortable accommodations with in-suites baths in most bedrooms. Decks on each of the three floors, a game room and a huge open great room/kitchen offer plenty of space for large gatherings or quiet corners for relaxation. Only a block from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, activities and shopping, you cant find a better choice for your family.
