Located Oceanside in Corolla, your Outer Banks vacation starts at Just Beachy! Enjoy ocean views and breezes from the upper level and even enjoy a meal on the picnic table. This house offers plenty of extra touches and special features to make your stay memorable.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and cabana bar with dart board and wet bar with sink and mini refrigerator. Large yard with grilling area (including a park style charcoal grill and gas grill), tether ball and horseshoe pit, carport with hot tub, large enclosed outside shower and the laundry room with washer and dryer. 

Mid Level: Entry foyer, King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway),  Bedroom with 2 Singles and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus a TV area with beanbag chairs and a flat-screen TV. 

Top Level: Large open great room with flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, dining room with seating for 6 plus deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2 and a King Bedroom with semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas). 

Extras: Private Pool (11 x 24), Hot tub (6), 3 TVs, DVD player, poolside bar, high speed internet, washer and dryer, enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill, gas grill, basketball goal, high chair, port-a-crib, games, horseshoe pit, tether ball, picnic table and books. 2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/11/24 -10/11/24

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

We LOVED the private backyard!! The pool, tetherball, horseshoes, and grills were definite highlights for us. We also spent a lot of time sitting out on the decks; the lower level by day and top level by night. We liked having use of the beach cart and bikes as well- a happy surprise. It was an easy walk to the beach- just two blocks walk on the pathways. Great location for local restaurants, shopping, and groceries.

All Whalehead beach rentals are located within a few miles of a grocery store, restaurants, movie theater, and retail shops. Whalehead is a favorite choice with close proximity to the heart of Corolla’s attractions and amenities.

  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
