This Oceanside home is nestled among native sea grasses, will provide just the peace and tranquility you are looking for in a vacation. Just a short walk to the beach, and minutes from local restaurants and shopping your family will love this vacation spot!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a covered carport, basketball hoop, outside shower, clothesline and charcoal grill. Entry Level.

Mid Level: Large Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and over-sized whirlpool tub, Queen Bedroom with deck access, Bedroom with a Double Bed, Bedroom with 2 Singles, full hall bath and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/VCR, wood fireplace and deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and the dining room seating 8 with deck access and access to the screened porch. Half bath.

Extras: 1 TV, 1 VCR, books and games, outside shower, high-speed internet, wood fireplace, basketball hoop, picnic table, high chair, pack-n-play, charcoal grill, sun & covered decks, screened porch, stereo with Cd, parking for 4-5 vehicles. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 1190'. House Address: 551 Ocean Trail. Beds: 3 Queens, 2 Singles. Key Type: Keyless entry. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does NOT provide an Iron or Ironing board.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Amenities galore and great value! Our 4 generation of ladies trip was memorable and everyone was taken care of from great granddaughter in the provided highchair to great grandma soaking in the huge tub.

Ocean Sands is located near shopping, restaurants, golf, and water sports. All homes in these sections are on municipal water and sewer. Some homes in these sections remain on private wells while others have connected to municipal water and sewer.

Guests staying in Ocean Sands sections D, E, F, H, I, J, O, L, K M, N, Q or P will have access to:

  • A 7 acre fishing lake abundant with water fowl
  • Tennis Courts in sections D, F, and H
  • Quiet roads for walking or bike riding
  • 18 Beach Accesses located within the community

Guests staying in Ocean Sands sections A, B and C have access to:

  • NO MOTOR HOME or TRAILER PARKING within the community.
  • NO GOLF CARTS, even if they’re street legal.
  • After 11:00 pm loud noise and any disturbances are prohibited.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
