Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a large, fully gated private pool area with poolside bar and outside shower. Inside you'll find a Recroom with a flat-screen TV, pool table and kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink and patio access. Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Single and a full hall bathroom.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and private deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk, flat-screen TV and deck access. Full hallway bathroom, laundry area with washer and dryer and a half bath between levels.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and gas fireplace and ship’s watch with reading nook. Kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters and breakfast bar seating for 4. Dining area with seating for 8 and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Location is ideal. Value is fabulous. Technology a little dated (i.e., TVs), but you don't go to the beach to watch TV. You go to watch sunrises and those were amazing!

Wanted to say we had a wonderful time at your beach house. first time we have ever done Oceanfront. It was so nice to look out over the ocean. We had great weather and loads of memories.
