This home will impress, you'll enjoy all the furnishings and flat-screen TVs in each bedroom. The dog can enjoy vacation as well with a fully fenced courtyard to romp and play in the sun. Your family will love all the community amenities including community pool, basketball area, volleyball court and picnic areas.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fenced courtyard with a hot tub, lounge chairs and gas grill. Inside you'll find the Recroom with a air hockey table, TV and high-top game table seating 4. Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle and TV and a full hall bathroom.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom, King Bedroom with TV, Queen Bedroom with TV, full hall bathroom, office area with desk and chair, laundry room with washer and dryer and deck access from the hall.

Top Level: Great Room with TV, deck access and electric fireplace, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining area seating 8 and a half bathroom.

Extras: Hot Tub, 6 flat-screen TVs, gas grill, air hockey table, high-speed wireless internet, KABA keyless entry, electric fireplace, linens and towels provided and community pool. No Smoking. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Beautiful home! The top level living room overlooks the neighborhood, making it a pleasant view at night. Well stocked kitchen, surround sound for the living room TV, and an air hockey table! My family and I felt right at home. We will rent again!

House is as advertised! Comfortable short easy walk to the beach. Fenced in yard with grill was awesome enjoyed every evening there! We rented a golf cart and drove the back roads to the Foodlion Shopping Center and Timbuck II shopping just 2 miles and a lot of fun on a cart! Super close to four wheel drive beach also! Great location, comfortable amenities and everything worked and was clean! Will stay again!

We love this location and property. This was the second time we have rented this unit. Once with our son and family and this time just the two of us. The house is lovely and comfortable, and the community is very well kept with very easy access to the beach on the boardwalk. Our little Bichon Frise joins us on our visits and loves the fenced in grassy play area along with the walks on the beach. We enjoy riding our bikes, and the access to restaurants and shopping is easy and close by. We hope to return again soon!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
