Soak up the sun on the large oceanfront deck, relax in the covered porch, play a game of pool in the rec room or soak in the bubbling hot tub. Excellent ocean views from the upper level and decks and the beach is just 70 feet away. It's a short walk around the corner to the Crown Point community pool and tennis courts. Groceries, movies and shops as well as the Currituck Golf Club are located conveniently nearby.

First Level: Two Carports, Hot Tub, Rec Room w/Pool Table, TV, DVD Player, Full-Size Refrigerator, Card Table and Half Bath.

Second Level: Great Room, Dining Area, Kitchen w/Wet Bar, Covered Porch, King Master Bedroom w/TV/DVD Player, Bedroom w/King, Full Hall Bath.

Great,roomy house. Needs some updates. Microwave handle broken, tv in one bedroom unusable. It was on the floor with plug on dresser. Otherwise, the house was ample, comfortable.

Nice place!

This is a nice, very large, reasonably priced beachfront home. Well stocked kitchen, 2 fridges and 2 kitchen sinks! I'd give the place a B+, could easily be an A+ with a few updates here and there and if the furniture in the patio enclosures were cleaned off before arrival (quite a bit of long standing grime on the plastic).

This is our 3rd visit to Summer Camp. We love the location and house. It was clean and well equipped and allowed us to bring our dogs. Updates were made since last visit which we really appreciated. Hopefully we will see you next year.

A great week for our family in OBX

We would have had close to a 5 star review for all categories for our experience due to awesome location and the size of the home itself to accommodate all of us (9 grandkids) but the cleanliness upon checking in wasn't ideal. Some dirty tissues, paper towels, etc laying around on side tables, dirt in corners of rooms etc. The management company was great and very responsive to ALL requests, cleaning company though...I'd look for another ASAP!

Family getaway

We liked the location, the steps were a little much but we were right by the beach. The house itself was the right size but dated. There hasn’t been much upkeep done to the house itself. The beds were ok and the house was cleaned.

4th of July @ Summer Camp

Great location on the beach! Plenty of space and rooms in the house. Beautiful ocean view from the upper balcony! Could use some renovations though: screens were ripped, blinds broken, and overall in need of much TLC to bring it more up to date.

we had a wonderful family stay for the week of Thanksgiving. the house was equipped with a lot of useful kitchen items, a working fireplace and the layout provided the kids to have their own space while the adults had theirs. overall the home could use a little TLC (mostly paint touch ups) but it’s a wonderful house with access to the public beach access (which felt private) only one home over with a path behind the house for quick and easy access. we loved it so much we
booked again for next year!

Relaxing, despite lots of stairs

We enjoyed the property, the beauty of the area, and the nearby shopping conveniences. Check in and out was seamless. Views from the top balcony were awesome. We were frustrated by failed attempts to contact the rental agency in advance of our stay, though they were responsive to requests during the stay. We didn't expect how high the dunes were, and the number of stairs to get across it.

Loved every minute!

WE were very pleased with this rental and it's location. The property was clean and the views of the upper deck where fabulous during the day. and at night we even got to see a deer and a fox, how cool. The property was ready a little after 4 and that was fine for us. We really enjoyed the pool table and the upstairs extra room for our kids play room and lego building extravaganzas.

Family Fun!

Perfect set up for 17 of us to enjoy making memories with our family. Beach was great and the waves were fun! Please consider putting 1 roll of TP in each of the bathrooms to start your stay. After driving 21 hours we didn't want to have to run to the store immediately and that would have helped. Awesome place!

Melville Family Vacation

Our overall stay at Summer Camp met all of our expectations. We were particularly pleased that the owners allowed us to stay an extra day at no additional expense; several family members had traveled a great distance to get to the house, so this meant that they did not have to rush to depart. The only thing that I would suggest (and it is minor) is that some Command hooks be added behind bathroom doors to hang clothes/towels on. Also, in the bathroom with the jacuzzi, some type of Rubbermaid stickers could be put on the shower floor as it was quite slippery. Other than that, we were thrilled with how well-stocked the house was and truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

Great 2-week trip

The folks at Beach Realty were great! The house was ready for us when we arrived a bit early and it was so nice to have all the linens in the bedrooms . The house was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Our most favorite room was the little sitting area on the top floor where we could sit and look at the water in all kinds of weather.
