Let your first breakfast be on us with a Dozen Fresh "Lighthouse Bagels". A short 150 Yards to beach access. Pets Allowed! 5% Military discount available, ID required.

Family Vacation

Overall the house was very good but there were a few things. First the pool was dirty even after service it was dirty. The charcoal grill was rusty and the propane grill was dirty with burnt meat and melted cheese

Great Vacation Home for Grown-Up Family

We had a great vacation with our grown children, their spouses, our grandson and two dogs. The home was roomy and extremely well-equipped with books, games, TVs, an extra fridge and loads of kitchen cookware. Great pool, pool deck and hot tub. Easy access to the beach.
I would go again as soon as I can get all the kids to agree when the next family vacation will be.

Retirement celebration getaway !!

Great vacation experience. Our rental Always Dreaming met all our needs. Darling peachy decor. The beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect and within distance to everything. Spacious outdoor area. The locals are special people on many levels. We received free bagels and cheesecake s s a thank you for choosing the property as well as the rental company. The property was very clean in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Planning to use the same property next year. Thank you to all for sharing your paradise !!

Great beach house

Always Dreaming was a great beach house for our family. The house was spacious and very well kept. The pool and not tub were great. The house was clean and we were able to check in early. The weather was awesome all week and beach access was not far from the home. The home had everything we needed for the week. The basketball hoop needs some tlc but we did not go to the beach to play basketball anyway. Thanks for the great week and we would recommend this house and Beach Realty to anyone looking to stay in OBX.

Wonderful House

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is well laid out especially the top floor. We also liked the pool and the pool deck. There was plenty of space to either be in the sun or in the shade. The walk to the beach was very quick. Overall, it was a great trip and will seriously consider renting this house again!

Summer of COVID

We made our reservation in January not knowing that COVID would change our everyday routine in March. Our vacation to Corolla in August was just what we needed! This house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Because of COVID, we ate in every night and cooked out on the gas grill 3 or 4 times. The outside area was so nice for relaxing in the sun, playing cornhole (which we brought) and floating in the pool. A few lounge chairs need to replaced as the legs have rusted out on the bottom.
This area and the proximity to the beach were the reason we selected this property. We liked the layout of the house where the teenagers had the bottom floor to themselves and the adults stayed on the other 2 levels. Grocery stores are close by and we did get out to play mini golf one night. Overall, we enjoyed this house, would recommend to others and will consider again the next time we come to the Outer Banks.

We had a great family vacation at Always Dreaming. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 plus dog. It would have been great for 6 too. The private pool and deck was just the right size. And you can't get much closer to the beach access. We thought it was very clean also. The bagels and dessert were much appreciated. We look forward to coming back.

We have a wonderful week! Always Dreaming was a great house, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. The pool area was awesome as it gave our family room to spread out and enjoy. The only drawback is the 5th bedroom is on the lower level and we felt uncomfortable leaving a small child on their own downstairs.4

We had a great week in June. The property had everything we needed. Layout was great for our dogs and three year old, really liked how the outside shower area was enclosed and still had the separate gate around the pool. Plus the bagels and dessert, a nice addition!

Great family house, two blocks from the beach!

This was our first time in OBX, and this house was a great fit for our extended family (9 people). It is two blocks to the stairs, which take you over the dunes to a great beach that is away from public access (ie not too crowded).

There were a couple of small maintenance issues when we arrived, but the property manager sent someone to fix everything ASAP. The pool area in particular was amazing, and there were so many nice beach and pool items to use.

My only complaint is the lack of any towels, toilet paper, or soap. I would much rather have had those items provided than bagels and cheesecake—but those were nice, too. Recommended!

We loved this rental property. It had all the amenities you could ask for and much more. Everything was clean and tidy. The walk to beach was short and we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere. The location of this property was fantastic, grocery stores and shopping areas near by. I will have to say, I have been coming to the Outer Banks for 40 years and I have never rented the same house but this one I would consider renting again.

We Loved It!

Always Dreaming has a GREAT location with easy access to the beach. Loved the new deck and porch space. The pool area expansion easily accommodated our large family group.
There are bathrooms and living space on all three floors which gave our family group, ranging in age from 2 to 69, plenty of room to spread out for napping, reading, and quiet time, plus room to gather together for group time. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for a relaxing week at the beach!

Early summer fun!

Pictures do not tell the true story of this fantastic house! It was well maintained and well appointed. Pool area was large enough for our party that included 5 teenage boys. Extra amenities like pool toys, beach chairs and toys and the bikes were amazing. Even though it was a corner, there was still tons of privacy. Would definitely recommend!
